The Pioneer Memorial Public Library is a small, rural library located in Harman, in the Dry Fork Valley region of Randolph County, West Virginia. We serve as school library to next-door Harman School (pre-K-12) as well as a public library.
We are part of the West Virginia Library Network and an affiliate library of the Upshur County Public Library. We are a not-for-profit organization that is funded through the Randolph County Commission, the Randolph County Board of Education, United Way, donations from individuals and other organizations, and the West Virginia Library Commission.
Our mission is to engage, empower, educate, and entertain by providing access to information.
